Merchandising

Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations.
∎ Production administration & follow-up.
∎ Updating the company Excel tables with sample, production, & logistics information
∎ Download Design Sheets/Tech Packs/Artwork/ etc. and check the details
∎ Obtain agreement with Vendors on development & shipment lead-times for samples & orders
∎ Prepare merchandising related reports & tables when required.
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of merchandise sourcing, development and / or production
∎ Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications (Especially MS Excel)
∎ On production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer, Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity,
∎ Experience of merchandise sourcing, development and / or production
∎ Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain
