The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Degree in textile / clothing in university

• Good writing / speaking English

• Knowledge in excel

• Minimum 7 years working experience in merchandising (factories’ experience is preferable)

• Reasonable knowledge in testing, QC, QA

• Experience to work with European buyers (especially Italian market)

• Preferable to have experience in babies’ / kids’ wear

• Candidate with supervising experience is good but not necessary

• Hardworking

Job Purpose

• Follow up orders, make sure the goods ship on time

Main Responsibilities

• Follow from development to bulk shipment

• Visit the suppliers to check the production status and prepare the meeting minutes.

• Follow the development process (material approval and samples), push proto, photo samples, advertising sample.

• Follow up the production process. Prepare all kinds of samples, size set samples and PPS samples. Check the bulk fabric and accessories. Monitor the delivery performance.

• Update the comments and status into system. Make the clear filing in the office.

• Provide in production status report weekly base.
