• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college/university.

• Valid registration with the Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC).

• Postgraduate training or certification in occupational health, industrial health, or public health will be considered an advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in factory, industrial, or occupational healthcare settings (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of EPZ health regulations, workplace safety, and emergency medical response procedures.

• Excellent communication, counseling, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet browsing).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services to factory workers, including diagnosis, treatment, and referral when necessary.

• Manage and maintain employee health records in compliance with company policies and EPZ health and safety standards.

• Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor workplace health conditions to ensure a safe and healthy environment.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, administer first aid, and coordinate with hospitals or emergency services when required.

• Collaborate with welfare officers, HR, and management to plan and implement workplace health and wellness programs.

• Promote health awareness through education, counseling, and training sessions for workers on topics such as hygiene, nutrition, and occupational health.

• Monitor and report occupational health risks and provide recommendations to management for preventive measures.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employee health and occupational safety.
