Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No third class/ division or below CGPA 2.50 is acceptable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper clinical solution to the patients through teleconsultation regarding COVID-19 at govt. selected centers
∎ Provide information regarding COVID-19 to the callers/patients
∎ Refer suspected COVID-19 patients for testing to sample collecting mobile teams and take necessary actions according test results
∎ Conduct 14 days follow-up visit to all identified suspected COVID-19 patients over the phone
∎ Follow the guideline provided by DGHS, IEDCR, WHP etc.
∎ Participate in the training provided by the Govt./ BRAC/ IEDCR.
∎ Insert required data inputs against callers/ patients in the provided apps. Prepare and provide reports according to the instruction
∎ Maintain liaison and coordination whenever necessary between Government & BRAC management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience preferable
∎ Technical knowledge on the COVID-19
∎ Have interpersonal communication skill
∎ Skill in basic computer operations and Apps based software using
∎ Competent on decision making and stress management
