Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend patients who are coming to the clinic including managing emergencies, receiving patients, and follow-up both in indoors and outdoors.
∎ Assist the external consultants during any surgical procedures .If trained s/he can also conduct surgeries with the assistance of other medical officers.
∎ Arrange external consultants to visit the admitted patients as well as conduct any surgical interventions.
∎ Uphold the functionality of BRAC Clinic at any cost and all the time.
∎ Promote the objectives and activities of BRAC Clinic to the community.
∎ If trained s/he should perform specialized services, like. USG, MR, NVD, minor surgery, family planning etc.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: At least 1 year experience in any facility/ clinic/ hospital as Medical Officer
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Have Sound Knowledge in public health field
∎ Have excellent interpersonal and teamwork and problem solving skills
∎ Have adequate skills in computer applications, Microsoft Word & Excel
∎ Must be target oriented and have ability to learn quickly and implement efficiently
