1. Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient consultations to assess aesthetic concerns and expectations

• Perform aesthetic procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, skin boosters, laser treatments, and chemical peels

• Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including treatment history and consent forms

• Ensure all procedures are performed safely, adhering to strict hygiene and clinical standards

• Monitor patient progress and conduct follow-ups to evaluate treatment outcomes

  2. Patient Management

• Provide clear pre-procedure and post-procedure instructions to patients

• Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, risks, and aftercare

• Manage complications effectively and respond to medical emergencies with professionalism

• Maintain strict patient confidentiality and uphold safety standards at all times

  3. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Adhere to clinic protocols, healthcare regulations, and ethical standards

• Follow aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures consistently

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and technology

• Ensure continuous quality improvement in treatment delivery

  4. Communication & Branding Support

• Collaborate closely with aesthetic therapists and clinic staff for seamless operations

• Participate in internal training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Represent the clinic professionally to enhance brand image and patient trust

• Support marketing initiatives through workshops, seminars, and promotional events when required

  5. Training & Team Development

• Monitor and supervise treatment procedures performed by the clinical team

• Conduct training sessions for therapists and junior staff

• Ensure standardization of treatment protocols across the team

• Lead the training and deployment of the full treatment team to maintain service excellence

  6. Skills & Requirements

• MBBS degree (mandatory)

• Certification or formal training in aesthetic medicine (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail with a strong aesthetic sense

• Proven ability to manage patients and deliver high-quality care

• Competency in performing aesthetic procedures independently

• Leadership ability to train, guide, and manage a clinical team
