Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Coordination of activities for NTP/ NMEP implementation in the Ukhia and Taknaf Upazila as well as FDMN.
∎ Ensure quality assured AFB Microscopy/ BSE/ RDT/ HIV screening by Medical Technologist.
∎ Supervise ans ensure regular updating of TB/ Malaria register by PO/ MT to improve case detection and treatment success.
∎ Ensure referral of symptomatic and provision of treatments by field staff.
∎ Identify weaknesses of programme and provide necessary supports.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
