Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, Dhaka — a leading healthcare and diagnostic institution committed to delivering advanced medical care with compassion and efficiency — is seeking a visionary and experienced Medical Director to lead its clinical operations. The Medical Director will oversee all medical, nursing, and diagnostic functions, ensuring clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
Job Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership, direction, and supervision for all medical departments.
Develop, implement, and monitor hospital clinical policies, protocols, and quality standards.
Coordinate with department heads, consultants, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
Supervise hospital operations including emergency, inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services.
Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of medical and clinical staff.
Monitor and analyze hospital performance indicators (occupancy, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, etc.).
Ensure compliance with BMDC, DGHS, and Health Ministry regulations.
Develop strategies for clinical growth, service expansion, and quality improvement.
Manage crisis and emergency situations effectively.
Lead medical board meetings, mortality reviews, and quality audits.
Promote ethical practice, patient safety, and efficient resource use.
