Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Doctor with MBBS degree and having valid medical license.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the collection of information on national health policy (meetings, reports, articles, etc.), collecting and participating in the analysis of epidemiological data (meetings, reports, articles, etc.) from the projects
∎ Ensuring medical follow up of patients (treatment, improvement) in collaboration with the medical referent of the health structure and overseeing all medical expenses associated with the patient, in collaboration with the supervisors. Organize the administrative and medical information (reports, ongoing treatments), the discharge of patients and return to their homes
∎ Applying the employee health policy and participating in the evaluation of hospital structures that can serve as reference structures for national and international staff. Participating in the medical monitoring of MSF personnel and overseeing all medical expenses associated with various consultations and hospitalizations in collaboration with the line manager
∎ Contribute to external representation of MSF in various meetings and platforms (MoH meetings, Health Cluster meetings, different working groups meetings)
∎ Organizing the start-up, inventory, and management of operational medical library according to the classification plan
∎ Participating in the data collection and management from the projects as well as preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and organizing · data archiving and medical reports in the project
∎ Performing other duties at the request of Medco (exceptional strengthening of a field team, involvement in evaluations, etc.)
∎ MSF Section/Context Specific Accountabilities:
∎ Assisting in defining and implementing the staff health and security policies in order to ensure its overall safety (i.e. monitors both physical and mental health state of staff, promotes compliance of all related protocols and procedures and collaborates in the update of issues regarding the security context)
∎ Contribute to strengthen the quality of medical data, providing mentoring on data analysis to epidemiologist and medical team.
∎ Representation of MSF with MoH and other health partners at Sub District and District Level when defined needs/support is needed.
∎ In collaboration with the Epidemiologist in close monitoring on the surveillance system and potential outbreaks disease, ensuring all SOP are implemented and respected for alert investigation process.
∎ Participate in project explorations in assessing healthcare care needs when required and assist the Medco in the annual planning process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Supervisory experience with demonstrable skills.
∎ Minimum of 2 years’ experience with MSF.

Salary:
∎ Salary according to MSF salary grid (L-9) BDT 11,840.

∎ Two (2) annual leave days per month worked.

∎ Festival Bonus as per internal policy.
∎ 1 year contract with possibility of extension.
