∎ Must know Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & PPT) for efficiently managing patient records, analyzing data, and creating presentations;
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both in English and Bangla;
∎ Residence preferably in Gazipur;
∎ Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills;
∎ Ability to work hard and control Pressure;
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To develop a health plan for the factory complex and ensure it adheres to the plan;
∎ Responsible for checking up on patients with suggestions and prescriptions;
∎ To give advice to the management about the health development of the factory complex;
∎ Responsible for issuing the fitness certificate and age estimation certificate at the time of recruitment;
∎ Responsible for looking after the factory child care room;
∎ Responsible for recommending an employee's medical leave and emergency referral;
∎ Monitoring all types of registers, such as daily medicine distributions, first aid box checkups, major and minor injuries etc;
∎ Prepare medicine requisitions and maintain stock according to monthly demand;
∎ Monitoring periodic inspections of the health status of the workers;
∎ To maintain records of medicine, medical equipment, and registers;
∎ Provide necessary advice to pregnant employees;
∎ To train up the assistant regarding the treatment of minor problems as well as how to deal with any emergency;
∎ He / she should always be present during working hours and cannot be absent without the permission of a higher authority;
∎ Arrange and conduct various trainings as per buyer requirements;
∎ To carry out any legal instructions from superior officers as and when required.
