Experience:
This position will be responsible to do triage, dispense medicine, Immunization, Consultation and assist Medical Officer in medical care along with managing a store in the respective health centre.
Conducts triage and segregates patients according to priority and sends them to respective departments for care.
Consultation of green patients as per BMDC rules.
Push immunizations shot for the clients.
Dispense medicine according to the proper guidelines and doctor’s prescriptions.
Provide information and counseling about drug doses, indications, side-effect to patients to improve their health.
Manages a store in the health centre.
Provides counselling and treatment to NCD patients
Prepares and submitting of DHIS-2, EWARS and other reports.
Helps HP Manager/Medical officer in record keeping and reporting.
Regularly prepares requisition for medicine and other logistics.
Attend regular meeting, seminar, and workshop.
Maintain a functional coordination with different stakes in the camp (CiC, Site management, Camp health focal and other health partners).
Ensure effective coordination and communication within different projects under Health and Nutrition Sector.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports.

Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme`s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
