Maslama is looking for a data-driven, performance-focused Media Buyer & Strategist who can drive real e-commerce sales through Meta Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who understands funnels, testing, and optimization — not just boosting posts.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize conversion-focused Meta Ads campaigns

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Advantage+ & DPA

• Build and execute full-funnel ad strategies (Cold, Warm, Retargeting)

• Analyze campaign data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Funnel drop-offs) to improve performance

• Run structured creative testing (hooks, creatives, audiences, formats)

• Use data & AI-driven insights to scale profitable campaigns

• Work closely with the internal team to grow D2C e-commerce sales
