The Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC), the apex body representing companies listed with the Stock Exchanges in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Media and Communications Manager to lead our communication initiatives and strengthen our brand image.
About the Role:
The Media and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that enhance our brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and a proven track record in media relations and content creation.
Responsibilities:
Preparing the contents and the materials of Association’s bulletin published in quarterly based, collecting Articles, advertisements and other necessary documents for this issue.
Writing press releases, articles, social media posts, website content, and other materials to promote the organization and its activities.
Develop and execute media relations strategies to secure positive media coverage and build strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality content, including press releases, website copy, social media updates, and marketing materials.
Manage Association’s social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with target audiences.
Monitor media coverage and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Manage Association’s online presence, including website content and social media channels, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media representatives, industry influencers, and community partners.
Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in media and communication.
