Must have smartphone having android version 11 or above and fluent in data collection using smartphone
Local resident of respective unions under Dacope, Koyra and Paikgacha upazilas of Khulna district as well as Khulna district level resident.
Preference will be given for working experience in development organizations in a frontline position like data collector/Field Facilitator/Community Mobilizer etc.
Preference will be given for collecting data by using KoBo tools related experience.
Experience working within the NGO context at community level.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assignment title: Engaging data enumerators for beneficiary database development, periodic monitoring, and reporting to ensure compliance with the principles of Locally Led Adaptation under the NABAPALLAB Project.
Description: Enumerators will be commissioned by the MEL & Research team of NABAPALLAB project, Practical Action to run different online/offline surveys, interviews, and focus groups using digital tools and platforms
Location: Unions of Dacope, Koyra and Paikgacha upazila under Khulna district
Type of contract: Short term, no work no pay basis
Duration and timing: December’25 to February’26
Number of working days: 40 days (including requirement, Orientation & Data Collection)

Job Other Benifits:
The daily remuneration/allowance will be decided as per the following daily rates considering the educational background, experience and local context and project requirements. Daily allowance will cover lunch and conveyance/remuneration. No other admissible benefits will be provided.
The daily rate for enumerators/volunteers is BDT 1,000. For enumerators working outside their base union, the rate will be BDT 1,300 per day.
