Preferred Skills:
Experience with sheet metal, plastic, or fabrication design.
Knowledge of FEA, CFD, or simulation tools.
Hands-on experience in prototype development or production support.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / CATIA / Fusion 360).
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing.
Perform stress analysis, tolerance studies, and design calculations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, production, procurement).
Review and improve existing product designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and safety regulations.
