Responsibilities & Context:
  • Nari Maitree is looking for skilled and ambitious professionals for our Humanitarian Response team in Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar.

  • MEAL Officer (Host & Rohingya response) under the direct supervision of the Project Coordinator of "Comprehensive, Integrated Multi-Sector Response for Rohingya FDMNs and Host Communities in Cox’s Bazar" Project of Nari Maitree.

  • Full-time; 3-month provision period, renewable based upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.

  • This is a 12-month project starting from September 1, 2024 with a possibility of extension for a long time. 

  • Responsible for preparing monitoring report and submit to PC, ED & Donors when necessary;

  • Plan and organize the activities related to monitoring to ensure the quality implementation of the project;

  • Verification of identification process to ensure valid and proper enrolment of beneficiaries;

  • Monitor and follow up of the progress of the project and responsible for collection and compilation of data on a regular basis and report to donor organization;

  • Collect and analyze the monitoring data, and sharing with project management with valid recommendation to address the challenges;

  • Ensure documentation on case studies, best practices, field experiences, newsletters, positive changes in beneficiaries` lives;

  • Support all co-staffs to collect and manage the data and information related to the project activities. Ensure report & findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration with the project team;

  • utilizing monitoring tools, technique and calendar;

  • Visit at fields for monitoring program activities and provide feedback to field level staff;

  • Ensure report and findings are communicated effectively through close collaboration the project team;

  • Prepare and ensure timely and accurate monitoring, programmatic and periodic reports for the donor;

  • Attend various internal and external meeting, seminar, and workshops that relevant to the project;

  • Other tasks as assigned by the line Project Coordinator/ Manager.
