∎ The Meal Coordinator - Start Fund Bangladesh will play a vital role to capture, integrate and improve learning processes of an innovative, multi-stakeholder funding mechanism. This position will lead the MEAL system of the Start Fund Bangladesh to evidence the outcomes of Start Fund Bangladesh. Besides, this position will influence the national and international humanitarian architecture as well as the donors for fundraising for additional contributions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of collecting and collating secondary data is mandatory along with online data collection tools
∎
∎ Excellent IT skills, including working with spreadsheets, word-processing, and presentation software, digital data collection tools, Salesforce;
∎ Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadline while maintaining attention to detail
∎ Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, and results oriented approach;
∎ Solid understanding of the principles of emergency preparedness, response and early recovery, humanitarian architecture and cluster mechanism, cash based interventions, joint needs assessment, localization of aid agenda, sect-oral standards and commitments, accountability etc.;
Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary BDT 131,000/;
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performant;
∎ End of Contract Benefits - up to 2 months' Gross salary.
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year;
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year;
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
∎ Free and unlimited access to the certifying e-learning platform Cross knowledge;
∎ Technical trainings at HQ Paris or regional level (averagely 1 per year);
∎ Participation to external trainings.
