∎ Master's degree in Social Science/Social works from any govt. recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Contract Period: 6 months (Can be extend up to 1 year)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare M&E Plan for the Program;
∎ Play a leading role in the planning and facilitation of data collection for post-distribution monitoring (PDM), baseline/end line
∎ Collect, enter, clean and analysis data needed for the Output Tracker with support of Project Director
∎ Lead the use of digital data collection tools and ensure that proper data is collected form field
∎ Support programme teams with data collection and entry processes if needed
∎ Develop and manage databases as required
∎ Produce reports including narrative analysis and visual representation of data
∎ Ensure effective storage of assessments, surveys, monitoring data and evaluations in shared folders
∎ Lead the project baseline study, outcome monitoring, impact measurement, evaluation, situational and risk analysis process
∎ Lead in the collection of positive impact stories and photos from projects and prepare them to be used for shared learning
∎ Organize Peer Learning meeting to share programme strategies and best practices including Gender, Accountability and Stakeholders Participation aspects
∎ Strong analytical skills and understanding of M&E Framework, tools and indicator setting
∎ Organized and able to manage own time under guidance and direction from line-manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year in the mentioned field (experience with only evidence and relevance will count)
∎ Minimum age 30 years and maximum age 40 years (as on 30 September 2019)
∎ Previous relevant experience, such as data collection, data analysis, research or reporting
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills
∎ Strong computer skills including in Microsoft Excel and Word
∎ Ability to present data, for example through graphs
∎ Ability to analyze and summarize information
∎ Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
∎ Ability and willingness to travel regularly into the field to conduct surveys, support community partners and check data.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
