Experience:
Diploma in Engineering in electrical with 3 years of practical experience in the relevant field. or
HSC pass with 5 years of practical experience as a Master Craftsman person/Foreman in an industrial plant/concerned factory or establishment.
Educational qualification is relaxed for more experienced candidates.
Experienced candidates will be given preference.
NTVQF level 2 in the respective occupation including CBT&A Methodology Level 2 Trainer and Assessor part will be considered as a special qualification.
Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
For more experienced candidates, the age limit will be relaxed.

Job Responsibilities:
Employer Engagement:
Conducting Electrical Installation and Maintenance training with technical assistance, training management of the program including supervision and financial management of the Center to identify the training needs of the beneficiaries.
To train and develop trainees who fall out of vocational education and to take measures to make them fit for work.
Conducting training and workshops including preparation of on-the-job training plans for Electrical Installation and Maintenance trades, and preparation of training evaluations and reports.
Preparation of training Schedule, Module, Session plan, and handout as per the requirement of the project including post-training follow-up.
Preparing training modules as per the requirements of the program and job market.
Support in learners selection, enrollment, job placement,
Real Time Monitoring (RTM) data posting maintaining time frame.
To maintain good relations with MCP’s ,local administration and dignitaries including participating and representing the organization in all public/private seminars at the local level as directed by the authorities.
To properly fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the authorities in matters related to the interests of the organization.
Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, Whistle Blowing and other Policies.
Consolidated Tk. 34,240 per month and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
