∎ 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞:
∎ SkillersZone, an A-Z digital marketing and eCommerce solution provider, is looking for an experienced Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on Upwork and Fiverr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for filtering the right jobs for our digital marketing and eCommerce agency, submitting compelling proposals, and securing high-value projects. Additionally, they will handle Fiverr gig research, optimization, publishing, and management to maximize sales and brand visibility.

∎ Job Type: On-Site (Night Shift)

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ ✅ Identify and filter relevant projects related to digital marketing, SEO, eCommerce, and web development.
∎ ✅ Write and submit persuasive proposals to attract potential clients and win projects.
∎ ✅ Engage with prospects, answer inquiries, and negotiate project terms to secure deals.
∎ ✅ Conduct in-depth research to find profitable services and optimize existing gigs.
∎ ✅ Write compelling Fiverr gig titles, descriptions, and FAQs while optimizing for SEO and conversions.
∎ ✅ Maintain and update Fiverr gigs, respond to buyer queries, and ensure service quality.
∎ ✅ Optimize Upwork and Fiverr profiles to improve rankings and attract more clients.
∎ ✅ Research competitors and stay updated with marketplace trends and algorithm changes.
∎ ✅ Monitor proposal success rates, gig impressions, and conversion rates to improve strategy.
∎ Required Skills & Qualifications:
∎ ✅ Experience: 2+ years in managing Upwork and Fiverr profiles with a proven track record of winning projects.
∎ ✅ Proposal Writing: Strong persuasive writing skills with the ability to craft tailored proposals.
∎ ✅ Fiverr SEO: Deep understanding of Fiverr algorithm, keyword optimization, and gig ranking strategies.
∎ ✅ Client Handling: Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and close deals.
∎ ✅ Digital Marketing & eCommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Shopify, Amazon, and other digital services.
∎ ✅ Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze marketplace trends and refine strategies accordingly.
