 Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and present our services persuasively.
  •  Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  •  Maintain a database of customer contacts and update records regularly.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while handling client queries.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote and upsell products or services to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
