Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Executive-Data Entry (Night Shift) to join our team for the night shift.
Duty Time: 09PM to 07AM including 01 Hour Break.
Holiday: 01 day/week
Job Location: Mohakhali (DOHS).
Job Nature: Only for Nightshift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in the company’s databases and systems.
- Verify and correct data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and prioritize data entry tasks to meet deadlines.
- Perform regular data backups and secure sensitive information.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in data entries.
- Generate reports and summaries as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data at all times.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
