  • Understanding of platform algorithms, profile optimization, and client communication best practices.

  • Proven success metrics are a significant advantage.

  • Excellent proposal and bid writing skills in English.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and operate the company’s official profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other relevant freelance marketplaces.

  • Source, bid on, and win projects that match the company’s software development and IT services.

  • Write compelling proposals, manage client inquiries, and negotiate contracts directly on the platforms.

  • Collaborate with the in-house project delivery team to hand over won projects and ensure client requirements are met.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and project acquisition targets from marketplaces.

  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to foster long-term client relationships and repeat business.
