Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training Development: Implement comprehensive training programs for Our marketing agents.
∎ Communication Skills: Enhance the communication skills of agents, ensuring they can effectively convey the value of our educational and skill development courses to potential students and parents.
∎ Product Knowledge: Ensure agents have in-depth knowledge of our courses, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
∎ Sales Techniques: Train agents in effective sales techniques and strategies to convert leads into enrollments.
∎ Marketing Channels: Educate agents on utilizing both online and offline marketing channels to reach a wider audience.
∎ Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess the performance of agents through role-playing exercises, feedback sessions, and evaluation metrics.
∎ Content Creation: Assist agents in creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and online content.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to help agents adapt their marketing approaches.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
