Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

   • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.

   • Generate leads through field visits, cold calls and business networking.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and retailers.

   • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service support.

3. Field Marketing & Promotion:

   • Execute field marketing campaigns and service activations.

   • Distribute and manage marketing materials such as brochures, visuals and samples.

4. Market Research & Insights:

   • Collect and report market information, competitor updates and customer feedback.

   • Identify emerging business opportunities and recommend strategies to management.

5. Coordination & Reporting:

   • Collaborate with the internal sales, marketing and business development teams.

   • Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on client visits, sales progress and marketing outcomes.

6. Compliance & Representation:

   • Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with BrandX’s communication, ethics and compliance standards.

   • Represent the brand professionally in all external communications and client interactions.
