Responsibilities & Context:
·Maintain regular and professional communication with existing and potential clients through phone calls, follow-ups, and direct meetings
·Generate business opportunities by collecting clients for visa processing, hotel booking, air ticketing, and other travel-related services
·Coordinate with clients, understand their travel requirements, and forward service requests to the respective internal operations team
·Handle client inquiries regarding travel-related services in a professional and efficient manner
·Identify potential clients through phone communication and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
·Conduct direct client visits and meetings when required for business development and relationship management
·Provide accurate information and professional guidance regarding company services and international travel procedures
·Maintain professionalism, service quality, and company reputation while handling all client communications
·Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets with dedication and responsibility
