Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and contact potential buyers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
∎ Client Meetings & Site Visits: Arrange property visits and explain project details, pricing, and benefits.Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate property prices and payment plans, as well as finalize sales agreements.
∎ Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and real estate agencies.
∎ Documentation & Legal Compliance: Assist clients with documentation, agreement signing, and legal formalities.
∎ Sales Reporting: Maintain inquiries, sales progress, and revenue generation records.
∎ Market Research: Analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences to develop sales strategies.
∎ Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print media.
∎ Brand Awareness: Build the company’s brand through networking, exhibitions, and real estate events.
∎ Digital Marketing: Utilize SEO, PPC, and social media ads to generate leads.
∎ Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and online chats to enhance customer experience.
