Team management experience will be mandatory
1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Experience in Real Estate/Automobile is a plus (not mandatory)
Must have basic computer proficiency

Excellent communication & convincing skills
Smart, confident & target-driven
Ability to work under pressure
Must live near Gulshan-1 or be willing to relocate after confirmation (Preferred areas: Badda, Rampura, Shahjadpur, Mohakhali, Niketan, Gudara Ghat, etc.)

Pilot Bazar Limited is a fast-growing automobile, land, and apartment buying and selling company. We are looking for confident, experienced, and result-oriented female professionals who are skilled in sales and team leadership and capable of working with monthly targets.
Working Hours
10:00 PM –19 :00 PM (flexible in special cases)
Job Responsibilities
Team management experience will be mandatory
Lead, train & guide the sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets & prepare sales reports
Generate new clients and maintain long-term client relationships
Present products, negotiate deals & close sales
Communicate with clients via phone, office meetings & social media
Support marketing & sales planning activities
Participate in branding & promotional activities
