Job Description:
Position Overview: The Marketing Representative for Bangladesh will play a crucial role in promoting Fusion College of Technology's programs and recruiting students from Bangladesh and neighboring countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student recruitment, marketing, and relationship management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the visibility and enrolment of Fusion College of Technology in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
- Actively engage in recruiting students from Bangladesh to enroll in Fusion College of Technology programs.
- Attend education fairs, visit schools and universities, and conduct information sessions to promote the college.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Fusion College of Technology through various channels, including social media, local advertising, and partnerships.
- Increase brand awareness and visibility in Bangladesh.
Liaison with Education Agents:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local education agents to facilitate student recruitment.
- Provide guidance and support to agents in promoting Fusion College of Technology.
Facilitating Admissions:
- Assist prospective students with the application and admission processes, including providing information about programs, entry requirements, and necessary documentation.
- Offer pre-departure support, including visa applications, travel arrangements, and accommodation options.
Cultural Orientation:
- Provide information about the culture and lifestyle in Australia to help students adjust to their new environment.
Building Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local educational institutions, government bodies, and other organizations.
- Create opportunities for collaboration and student exchange programs.
Market Research:
- Conduct research to understand educational trends and demands in Bangladesh.
- Provide insights to Fusion College of Technology to tailor their offerings accordingly.
Event Organization:
- Organize and participate in events such as seminars, workshops, and fairs to increase the visibility of Fusion College of Technology.
Support Services:
- Act as a point of contact for Bangladesh students and their families.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout their educational journey.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Report back to Fusion College of Technology on the progress and outcomes of various initiatives and activities.
