∎ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Psychiatric Hospital, Rehab center, psychiatric department of pharmaceutical company healthcare.
∎ Experience in mental health or rehab centers will be considered an advantage.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet targets.
∎ Compassionate, respectful, and culturally sensitive attitude.
∎ Willingness to travel inside and adjacent area of Dhaka.

∎ Promote the hospital’s psychiatric and rehabilitation services to local communities, organizations, and referral sources.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, schools, NGOs.
∎ Visit target locations to introduce services and distribute marketing materials.
∎ Organize and participate in awareness campaigns, seminars, and health-related events.
∎ Collaborate with the hospital’s internal teams to plan and implement marketing strategies.
∎ Collect feedback from the community and referral partners to improve outreach.
∎ Report regularly on marketing activities, leads generated, and outcomes achieved.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity regarding mental health and addiction issues.
