∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acts as a collaborative entrepreneur to see new possibilities, take in information and create insights to develop and maintain an understanding of client's needs and objectives through strong business relationships.
∎ Selling exhibition space to corporate clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & recommending solutions.
∎ Selling Advertisement space to corporate clients by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects & recommending solutions.
∎ Working with the conference production team to develop an understanding of the event program.
∎ Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
∎ Cold calling and selling to a list of prospective conference attendees.
∎ Must travel across the Bangladesh periodically for the business opportunities
∎ Open to travel across nearby countries in trade fairs.
∎ Lead & directs sales and marketing strategies and execution to properly define and deliver the customer value proposition and deliver a combination of higher revenue and profits.
∎ Overlooking pre-show meetings to communicate trade show events in accordance with objectives and marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing team to create marketing plans for attendees and exhibitors.
∎ Collaborate with other organizations to finding the ways of possibilities in business.
∎ Develop sponsorship opportunities, generating leads, concept selling and analyze results. Provide strategic leadership by suggesting improvements, alternatives and upgrades
∎ Enlisting support and association of relevant trade bodies and industry associations, Analyzing market trends and tracking competitor's activities and providing valuable inputs for business enhancement and fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.
∎ Establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s) experience in Event Management
∎ Experience in Space Selling and Sponsorship 10 to 15 years Background - Exhibitions Industry and Publishing
∎ Good Communication skills in English, Bangla, Hindi
Salary: Negotiable
