Responsibilities & Context:
- Take the initiative to find and connect with possible partner Diagnostic Centers, Clinics, and Hospitals to get them set up on the Telerad online reporting platform.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals and diagnostic centers to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Recognize and evaluate customer requirements, offering customized solutions to improve client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including Radiologists, Clinicians, and Hospital Administrators.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing materials, proposals, and quotations that address client requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new connections and volume of reported cases.
- Providing basic to intermediate technical support or product troubleshooting, guiding customers through steps to resolve common problems.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and customer insights to share with management.
