Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile,Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Business communication skills in English or Japanese

• Basic operations of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• A motorcycle driver’s license is a plus

• Willing to work under pressure

• We are looking for future manager candidates

• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers

• Finding new customers

• Creating quotes and proposals

• Sales activities aimed at achieving sales targets

• Market research and competitive analysis

• Cooperation with related departments within the company (Testing Section, Accounting and etc.)

• Frequently visit customers premises

• T/A,Mobile bill,Tour allowance,Performance bonus,Profit share,Provident fund,Weekly 2 holidays,Insurance,Gratuity,Over time allowance
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

• Probational Period：06 months

• Performance bonus (Depending on the evaluation)

• Regular office time：09:00 to 18:00

• Ramadan office time：09:00 to 16:00 (May change depending on the year)

• Lunch break：01 hour

• Weekly holiday：02 holidays per week (Friday & Saturday)

• Casual Leave 10 days per year

• Sick Leave 14 days per year

• Earned Leave 18 days per year
