Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Marketing Officer. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to establish effective communication channels with both local and international buyers. You will be tasked with coordinating the design and sample arrangement of our products from production centers and partners. Additionally, you will oversee the packaging of samples and products and ensure the accurate preparation of shipping documents.
∎ Your contribution will extend to collaborating closely with senior marketing professionals. Together, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to promote the Company`s diverse range of products, services, and brands. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. Communicating with the buyers on product samples and answering their A-Z questions in a timely manner.
∎ Communicating with the production units, producer and partner groups, and the design department to get the product samples ready, including information about product samples on time.
∎ Conducting market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities while staying up-to-date with industry trends.
∎ Assisting in arranging shipment/delivery of samples as and when requested by the buyers.
∎ Collecting product images, videos, and catalogs, and dispatching them to the buyers on time.
∎ Working closely with the designers to create new samples, product catalogues, videos, images, etc. as needed.
∎ Keeping proper records of documents, product samples, images, catalogues, etc. and preserving them in safe places, presenting them to the authority when needed.
∎ Checking product codes, barcodes, and labeling requirements of the products as specified in the sample requests and shipping instructions.
∎ Working closely with the packing and shipping staff involved in product packing to be able to complete packing lists and sample invoices as required for arranging shipments on time.
∎ Assisting in organizing and participating in events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to showcase Prokritee's products.
∎ Performing any other tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer operation skills: spreadsheet, word processing, email, WhatsApp, and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Knowledge of basic marketing principles and concepts.
∎ Ability to communicate with international buyers properly and independently.
∎ Ability to work hard with extensive patience in stressful situations.
∎ Ability to understand the importance of time for completing assignments on time.
∎ Creativity and an eye for detail in content creation.
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Ability to speak English fluently.
