Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating promptly with the buyers on product samples and answering their A-Z questions on product samples for market promotions on time.
∎ Communicating with the production units, producer, partner groups, and the design department to get the product samples ready and communicate information about product samples to all concerned on time.
∎ Arranging shipment/delivery of identical samples as and when requested by the buyers.
∎ Arranging product images, catalogues, weblinks, and dispatching them to the buyers on time.
∎ Identify potential buyers online or through other possible ways to be able to promote product markets.
∎ Working closely with the designers to create new samples, product catalogs, videos, images, etc. as needed.
∎ Traveling with the visitors to the production units, partner organizations and other places as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate records of documents, product samples, images, catalogs, etc. and preserving them in safe places and presenting them before the authority when needed.
∎ Arrange packing of the samples for shipment as instructed by the buyers/supervisor.
∎ Checking product codes, barcodes and labeling requirements of the products as specified in the sample requests and shipping instructions.
∎ Working closely with the packing and shipping staff involved in product packing to be able to complete packing lists and sample invoices as required for arranging shipments on time.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Marketing Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing effective communication channels with both local and international buyers. Your primary duties will include coordinating the design and sample arrangement of our products from production centers and partner groups. Additionally, you will oversee the packaging of samples, ensure accurate preparation of shipping documents, and collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute tailored marketing strategies.
