Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Marketing Officer oversees the company's marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message.
∎ Independently carry out activities of large trial plot.
∎ Preparing, planning and project managing the territory sales budget and work planning for implementation of the same.
∎ Monitoring / supervision of delars, re-tailers, farmers.
∎ Experience of market analysis and intelligence reporting about the challenging competitors.
∎ Event management for organizing training for delars, re-tailers, farmers.
∎ Updates reporting to management about work in progress and the achievement status.
∎ Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
∎ To perform any other job to be by the management as demanded by situation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
