Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of accounting, finance, reporting, and compliance.
• Evaluate and mitigate internal control risks across departments, projects, and functions.
• Design and implement a robust internal audit framework.
• Oversee payroll preparation and disbursement processes.
• Prepare and file corporate and personal tax returns, including documentation for foreign tax jurisdictions.
• Advise senior leadership on financial strategy, process optimization, cost control, taxation, and regulatory matters.
