∎ Bachelors' degree from any reputed university. English medium background will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, preparing and managing the publication and distribution of publicity materials. Devise marketing campaigns.Organising a calender of marketing events such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshop, fund raising activities.
∎ Candidate must have marketing experience on Export Oriented Printing and Embroidery factory.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple marketing related way of business.
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities and promote growth and enhance company presence.
∎ Prepare quotations & negotiate with the prices & other issues.
∎ Prepare content for publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
∎ Taking responsibilities of planning and preparing budgets for the marketing by ensuring value to the business growth.
∎ Prepare and manage different action plans, identifying and resolving problems and prepare reports based on different analysis as per management instruction.
∎ Attend meetings with the production or manufacturing department & understand the details of the products & discuss strategies with them.
∎ Ensure all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, presentation and assess against goals.
∎ Adapt to new marketing strategies as per the changing market and production forecast.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At most 5 years in similar field.
∎ Good computer literacy especially in MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint
∎ Excellent command over both Bengali and English language (reading, speaking and writing)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and long period of time.
∎ Pro-active, smart, self-motivated and disciplined.
