Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Bachelors degree in discipline (preferably in marketing) from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies of the company.
∎ Candidate must need to be smart with good behavior and attitude.
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target, and ensure to achieve individual sales targets set by the management.
∎ Knowledge of market analysis, sales promotion, customer management principles and practices.
∎ Ensure Sales & Collection target.
∎ Visit existing & potential customer on a regular basis.
∎ Identify areas of improvement for seeking out new sales opportunities.
∎ Analyze competitor's strategy, business performance, product performance; look for new products in industrial segment.
∎ Maintain a strong relationship with existing & potential customers.
∎ Work with marketing team to develop new & trendy ideas.
∎ Candidate must have mentality to work in a startup under pressure.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the department.
∎ Build strong relationship with prospects and customers
∎ Keep update on market intelligence

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in marketing of industrial raw materials (Especially in Paints, Dyes, Rubber, Plastic & Textiles chemicals).
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
