Responsibilities & Context:
- কাজের প্রতি দায়িত্বরোধ হতে হবে ।
- কোম্পানীর সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনে কর্মীকে স্ব-প্রণোদিত হতে হবে ।
- আলাপ-আলোচনায় দক্ষ ইতিবাচক মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
- প্রতিদিন কমপক্ষে ০৯ ঘন্টা কাজ করার সামর্থ থাকতে হবে।
- আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই মার্কেটিং পর্যায়ে কাজের ধারনা থাকতে হবে ।
- টার্গেট পূরণে দায়িত্বজ্ঞানসম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
- ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে ভাল সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলতে হবে ও সুসর্ম্পক রজায় রাখতে হবে ।
- ক্লায়েন্টের যেকোন সমস্যা যাচাই করে দক্ষতার সাথে সমাধানের যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে।
