Job Context:
∎ VISAThing!™ is a premium visa facilitating service for Bangladeshi citizen. Due to low passport rank, Bangladeshi Passport holders can get Visa on Arrival to only few countries and there are only 45 countries which have diplomatic mission in Bangladesh. Hence, travelers have to travel to a third country to avail a visa for rest of the countries.
∎ VISAThing brings travelers the ease convenience of processing visas for over 70 countries that do not have embassies in Bangladesh. The team consists of Logistics, Operations, Marketing, Admin and IT, working together to provide disciplined and transparent cross-border visa services.
∎ As VISAThing has grown, the market dynamics has changed, and we developed integrated services to enable people to travel hassle-free. Our aim is to create seamless visa processing experience for partners, market participants and end beneficiaries. Where, the business development team and the marketing team are responsible for onboarding new clients and partners. This role will lead those teams for driving sustainable business growth and develop deep market intelligence. The leader will be able to plan, execute and revise strategies in order to supercharge growth.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead entire B2B, B2C and Marketing/TTL activities.
∎ Realize market opportunities through analysis and execute solutions with effective coordination.
∎ Optimize existing sales funnels and create new avenues of revenue from existing services.
∎ Regularly generate insights from business operation and implement areas of improvements.
∎ Map out business process/market changes and mind-set changes as required, split by team/group.
∎ Conduct detail marketing, operational, financial and related research for new business development.
∎ Understand international and local visa related market trends; create change plan accordingly
∎ Monitor progress, prepare reports and submit to management in a timely manner.
∎ Any other activity assigned by the management or the parent organization, Your Trip Mate Ltd.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Help to build entrepreneurial work culture, curate 'all hands on deck' approach when needed.
∎ Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues in appropriate mode.
∎ Maintain tight deadline for the team.
