Job Context:
∎ For a Marketing Manager, Communication will be a key member of the marketing leadership team, contributing to the development of marketing strategy and team buildout. He will develop and maintain strong executive level relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for areas related to enterprise communications as well as internal and external branding. The Marketing Manager will lead a multi-functional team focused on enterprise communications, design/creative services, and website development. He will ensure strategic prioritization of individual and team efforts, and will work in close collaboration with marketing team leadership to ensure effective integration of all marketing efforts.Collaborate with marketing leadership to integrate and coordinate internal messaging with external activities, increasing awareness of external brand building efforts and driving “employer brand” engagement

Job Responsibilities:

∎ Achieve the daily sales target
∎ Reporting whenever and wherever is necessary
∎ Leading a marketing and sales team of 4/5 people
∎ Able to conduct sales training and sales audit
∎ Maintain, Measure, and Monitor Sales Target, Work Hours, Budgets, and Expenditures
∎ Ensure workshops are well equipped and as per project mandates
∎ Locals are encouraged to apply
