- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, market penetration, and business growth.
- Plan and manage nationwide promotional campaigns, trade marketing, and digital marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and retail outlets to ensure strong product visibility and availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales targets.
- Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance and ROI.
- Organize exhibitions, fairs and consumer engagement events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Promote products effectively to generate market demand.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Collect and analyze market and competitor information regularly
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to management
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth service delivery
- Manage administrative functions to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
