∎ NIPRO JMI Medical Limited (NJML), a joint collaboration with NIPRO Corporation which is a Japan-based (Osaka) company. NJML is distributing & selling different medical devices of JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. and JMI Hospital Requisite Mfg. Ltd. at home & abroad.
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated individual for an immediate appointment, who will look after Sales & Marketing for mentioned concern to expedite business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare marketing/promotional plan/budget and activities to achieve sales and market share objectives & execute promotional activities/tools & communication strategies as well as innovate ideas and methods of improving product performance of the team;
∎ Formulate promotional policies and communicate strategies in the market place to execute the same;
∎ Keep latest information of different medical devices products and evaluate competitor's activities and formulate counter strategy for the same;
∎ Identify business development opportunities through evaluation and analysis and test new product concept, prepare proposal for seeking approval of and permission from relevant authorities and ensure effective launching of time-demanded products in the market;
∎ Analyze sales performance to review the marketing plan and monitor/ analyze national/ regional sales and formulate/ ensure implementation of counter plan for the field forces;
∎ Trouble-shoot any product related issues in-coordination with concerned department;
∎ Develop professional relationship with customers and provide them updated information.
∎ Development of new product and Launching in the market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7 to 10 year(s) experience in Sales & Marketing Department. Experience in Pharmaceuticals/ Medical Devices industry will be added advantage
∎ Adequate knowledge about Bangladesh Pharmaceutical Market and its growth Trend
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, energetic and goal oriented
∎ Good team player, well-organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
∎ Relevant computer literacy
