Job Context:

∎ NIPRO JMI Medical Limited (NJML), a joint collaboration with NIPRO Corporation which is a Japan-based (Osaka) company. NJML is distributing & selling different medical devices of JMI Syringes & Medical Devices Ltd. and JMI Hospital Requisite Mfg. Ltd. at home & abroad.
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated individual for an immediate appointment, who will look after Sales & Marketing for mentioned concern to expedite business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop marketing plan and strategies for each product divisions.
∎ Formulate annual marketing budget and action plans.
∎ Generate new ideas for developing promotion and communication materials.
∎ Support field forces to implementing marketing plans
∎ Frequent hospital visit to develop relationship and exchange scientific information
∎ Arrange and organize CME programs, Seminars, scientific (clinical & technical) group discussion and Symposiums.
∎ Developing strong brand value and propositions for key revenue earning products.
∎ Represent as a brand ambassador / face of the company towards physician community.
∎ Handling digital marketing campaigns time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be sound in both verbal and written English.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Digital marketing and application skills will be a superior advantage.
∎ Good command in major MS Office applications.
∎ Should be presentable to represent himself as the Face of the company.
∎ Must be comfortable with public speaking.
∎ Willing to travel and work with the sales team hand in hand.

Salary: Negotiable
