Job Context:

∎ We are looking for self-motivated individuals for an immediate appointment, who will look after Operations to expedite business.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Preparing sales budget and projections based on channel specific (retail/brand, wholesale, institute /hospital) and SKU wise monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members of different sales channel (retail/ brand, wholesale, institute /hospital) to achieve sales targets/ budget and Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching & training and providing overall guidance.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitor’s activities and formulating strategies to respond accordingly.
∎ Coordinating with internal, external stakeholder and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of product & services.
∎ Identify shortcoming in a marketing plan and recommend necessary adjustment to marketing department as needed.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
