Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
∎ Set clear goals and objectives for the team in alignment with the company’s vision.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team to ensure high performance.
∎ Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
∎ Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand messaging and target audience.
∎ Set sales targets and monitor progress toward achieving them.
∎ Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
