∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
∎ Experience in administrative work
∎ Prior experience in a local manpower supply company
∎ Strong knowledge of "Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 & Rules-2018"
∎ High level of "integrity and work ethic"
∎ Ability to "manage teams" and foster a "positive organizational culture"
∎ Proficiency in "MS Excel, PowerPoint"
∎ Excellent "communication skills" in both English & Bengali
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote manpower supply services
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
∎ Manage and lead the marketing team to achieve company goals.
∎ Prepare and present marketing reports and business proposals.
∎ Ensure compliance with *Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 & Rules-2018*.
∎ Coordinate with administrative and operational teams for smooth execution of projects.
∎ Oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns.
∎ Monitor competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
∎ Maintain a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
