∎ Maintaining customer relationships
∎ Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
∎ Finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations
∎ Job Location: 110 new chashara, Narayangonj
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealer Management (Appointment, Regular monitoring, Development and Evaluation).
∎ Target vs Achievement (Dispatch, retail).
∎ Promotional Activities
∎ Network Expansion (Market study, new vendor search, Justify & evaluation).
∎ Report preparation likely market share, Competitor activities tracking.
∎ Dealer manpower training for better customer service and sales increase.
∎ Dispatch strategy build up and stock monitoring model wise and category wise.
∎ Nurture & build customer relationships while preserving the ability to: negotiate effectively with customers, close sales, identify customer needs & communicate these within Brands, maintain acceptable DOs' and broaden & deepen the business relationship with the customer.
∎ Work with Business Operations Teams to effectively manage the business & achieve/exceed targets.
∎ Manage implementation of Extra Mile projects.
∎ Manage price/volume relationship to maximize margin.
∎ Lead and manage field personnel, including: setting performance objectives, developing and coaching field personnel, reviewing performance.
∎ Log customer complaints & resolution (CRM system)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
