Job Context:
∎ Workplace : Dhaka & Others Divisional Zone.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehensive sales, marketing, and promotion of Water Pump, Baby Diaper & Fire Extinguisher.
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget.
∎ Routinely update Management about any information, suggestions, criticism related with the activity and results of the Product.
∎ Make routine visit to the all potential field to ensure availability of our products.
∎ Ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
∎ Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales as per target.
∎ Prepare and submit periodic sales & recovery report to Management.
∎ Developing and strengthening our relations with all customers.
∎ Organize Product promotional events.
∎ Improving Executives sales skill by giving proper training ((if needed)/guideline to ensure sales & target achievement by maximizing business growth.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Applicants should have experience in Baby Diaper or Water Pump or Machinery or Electronics or Sanitary Ware sector.
∎ Expert in Microsoft office, Power point, Excel, Presentation & Documentation.
∎ Must be able to ride motorbike having a valid driving license. (Able to car drive will be preferable)
∎ Mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, D/A, Mobile bill, Incentive/Sales Commission, Tour allowance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 Times.
